Abstract: | Website is a collection of web pages. Web pages are presentation of information which can be presented using a carefully chosen media most appropriate for your content. In order to deign these pages to yse special tools and techniques such as, I'l Adobe Photoshop CS for image editing purpose. (1 Macromedia Flash to animate images and texts ["1 Macromedia Fireworks to create buttons and Pop-up menus. II Macromedia Dreamweaver to design the web pages. Websites are mainly categorizes into two main types. • Commercial website. Non-Commercial website. Due to the requirement of the TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE OF AMPARA, I am going to develop an eye-catching, user-friendly, and non-commercial website. In my point of view, this website is going to be a pioneer for the greatest online learning system for the SLIATE. But SLIATE does not have any online learning system. Already there are so many learning management system available in current. But I concentrate on the MOODLE software for my project.lt is a learning management system software containing different kinds of tools. Such as online learning(download, upload),chatting, send mail,forums,asssessments,quiz and etc...But I have selected few for the particular institute of hardy.
