dc.description.abstract | All Universities’ students are shut down due to covid-19 virus also received their academic activities through the online or internet. Similarly, students of the Faculty of Arts and Culture of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka conducted their educational activities through the internet. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of the online education conducted by the students of the Faculty of Arts and Culture of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka on COVID-19. This study was used for purposing sampling and simple random sampling methods. Thug, Qualitative and Quantitative methods were used for this study; with Primary data collection methods such as out of 1201 students of the faculty 120 students were selected as study sampling and among them Questionnaires were given to 96 students and interview done for 25 students. Then, Research articles, Reports, Books and Internet data as Secondary data collection method that used for this research. All of this data was analyzed through Micro-soft Excel-2016 software. The study is also an empirical analysis. Furthermore, the benefits gained by the students through this study are improving basic computer skills, lack of travelling, lack of delay, improve online searching and self-searching. The study also analyzes the challenges faced by the students such as technical issues, environment issues, poor quality of education, health issues, cost issues, loss of time control and psychological issues. | en_US |
