Abstract: இலங்கையில் மிக வேகமாக வளர்ச்சியடைந்து வருகின்ற ஒரு துறையாகவும் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கான உள்ளார்ந்த ஆற்றலை கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒரு துறையாகவும் சுற்றுலாத் துறை விளங்குகின்றது. பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மீது சுற்றுலாத் துறையினது பங்களிப்பினை கண்டறிவது இவ்வாய்வின் பிரதான நோக்கமாகும். இந்த நோக்கத்தினை அடைந்து கொள்ளும் வகையில் மாறிகளுக்கிடையிலான நீண்டகால தொடர்பை கண்டறிய ARDL சோதனை பிரயோகிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதுடன் மாறிகளுக்கிடையிலான குறுங்கால மற்றும் நீண்டகால தொடர்பை கண்டறிய வழுச்சரிப்படுத்தல் நுட்பம் மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், இவ்வாய்வில் மாறிகளுக்கிடையிலான காரணகாரியத் தொடர்பை கண்டறிய காரணகாரிய சோதனை (Granger) பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தி, சுற்றுலாத் துறையினது மொத்த வருமானம், சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகளின் மொத்த வருகைகள், சுற்றுலாத் துறையில் நிலவுகின்ற மொத்த வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கள் மற்றும் சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகள் தங்கியிருந்த இரவுகளின் எண்ணிக்கைகள் என்பன மாறிகளாக உபயோகிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவ்வாய்விற்காக 1977-2018 காலப்பகுதிக்கு இடையிலான வருடாந்த தரவுகள் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதுடன் தரவுகளை பகுப்பாய்வு செய்வதற்காக E-views-10, Ms Excel ஆகிய மென்பொருட்கள் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவ்வாய்வில் மாறிகளுக்கிடையில் இணைவுத் தொடர்பு காணப்படுவதாக ARDL Bound சோதனை மூலம் பெறப்பட்ட முடிவுகள் உறுதிப்படுத்துகின்றன. அத்துடன் இந்த சோதனையின் படி, இலங்கையில் நீண்ட காலத்தில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மீது சுற்றுலாத் துறையானது அதிகளவு பங்களிப்பு செய்கின்றது என முடிவு பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதாவது சுற்றுலாத் துறையினது மொத்த வருமானம் மற்றும் மொத்த வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கள் என்பன பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மீது நீண்ட காலத்தில் பொருளுள்ள நேர்கணியத் தொடர்பை கொண்டுள்ளது. மேலும், சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகளின் மொத்த வருகைகள் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மீது பொருளுள்ள நேர்கணியத் தொடர்பை கொண்டுள்ளதாக வழுச்சரிப்படுத்தல் மாதிரியுரு மூலம் கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதாவது குறுங்காலத்தில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மீது சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகளின் மொத்த வருகைகள் மாத்திரமே பங்களிப்பு செய்கின்றன. அத்துடன் சுற்றுலாத் துறைக்கும் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கும் இடையே ஒருவழிக் காரணகாரிய தொடர்பு தொழிற்படுவதாக கிறஞ்சர் காரணகாரிய சோதனை குறிப்பிடுகின்றது. எனவே, இம் முடிவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியை அதிகரிப்பதற்காக அரசாங்கமானது சுற்றுலாத் துறையில் தனியார் மற்றும் அரச முதலீடுகளை ஊக்குவிப்பதன் மூலமும் உட்கட்டமைப்புக்களை விருத்தி செய்வதன் மூலமும் சுற்றுலாத் துறையின் பங்களிப்புக்களை அதிகரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று இவ்வாய்வானது வலியுறுத்துவதுடன் பயன்படுத்தப்படாத சுற்றுலா வளங்களை பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் சுற்றுலா வளர்ச்சியை தூண்டுவதற்கு பேரின பொருளாதார கொள்கைகள் இலங்கையில் வகுக்கப்ட வேண்டும் என்றும் பரிந்துரை செய்கின்றது. M. M. Abstract: Due to the obvious fast growing aging population and the attendant health difficulties, it is seen as a major problem in society. Remote health monitoring is one of the most rapidly growing sectors, owing to its advantages over standard hospital treatment process and procedures. Aged patients at home may now be readily monitored because to advances in sensor and communication technology. It is also known as Smart Healthcare Monitoring System. In this paper, it concentrated about the main remote technologies which are used in elder citizen’s healthcare sector. Study focused technologies are Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Big data, Machine Learning (ML) as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI) along with remote and wearable sensor network devices. Similarly, research paper’s data are collected from previous published study paper from reputed publishers. Also, the article contains systematic review approach as well. Furthermore, the study motivated on IoT and Cloud Computing technology because of the high accuracy rate, user friendly manner, efficient and effective results. Collaborating with health-care experts and giving both the technology and the expertise for interventions to be successful, they will require both financial and technical assistance. The large quantity of the dataset and the lack of quality attributes were two of the study's limitations. H. F.; Sachithanantham, Thavaprabha Abstract: The tourism sector contributes significantly to the national economy of Sri Lanka. From ancient time to now Sri Lanka has been a high-value destination that provides remarkable experiences with its natural beauty and cultural heritage and brings economic benefits to the country. The civil war existed for nearly 30 years ended in 2009 and there was a massive increase in tourist arrivals. Unfortunately in 2019 Easter Attacks became a significant setback for the country's tourist industry. Following the incidence, COVID 19 pandemic has triggered the biggest downturn in the sector. Considering the fact, this is a qualitative study conducted with the main objective to determine the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the Sri Lankan tourism industry. It is clear from the study that total arrivals, revenues, gross domestic production and other indicators have all dropped dramatically. This has resulted in unemployment, socioeconomic issues, and a negative influence on associated industries and budgetary balances. To determine the appropriate course of action for strengthening Sri Lanka's tourist industry, we must develop strategies and plans to create a Post COVID tourism market.
