http://ir.lib.seu.ac.lk/handle/123456789/5212 2020 Tue, 14 Apr 2026 22:42:09 GMT 2026-04-14T22:42:09Z http://ir.lib.seu.ac.lk/handle/123456789/5244 Title: இலங்கையில் அரசகரும மொழிகள் கொள்கையும் சிங்கள-தமிழ் இன முரண்பாடும் Authors: சர்ஜூன், ஆதம்வாவா Abstract: இந்த ஆய்வானது இலங்கையில் அமுலாக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட அரசகரும மொழிகள் கொள்கையானது சிங்கள மற்றும் தமிழ் இனக் குழுக்களுக்கிடையே முரண்பாடு கூர்மையடைவதற்கு வழிவிட்ட விதத்தினை பகுப்பாய்வு செய்துள்ளது. முழுவதும் இரண்டாம் நிலைத் தகவல்களை ஆதாரமாகக் கொண்டு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ள இவ்வாய்வானது சுதந்திரத்துக்குப் பின்னரான இலங்கையில் அரசாங்கங்கள் முன்னெடுத்த ”சிங்களத்தை மட்டும் முதன்மைப்படுத்திய‟ அரசகரும மொழிக் கொள்கையானது நாட்டின் குடித்தொகையில் பெரும்பான்மையினராகவிருந்த சிங்கள மொழியைப் பேசுவோருக்கும் சிறுபான்மையினரான தமிழ் மொழியைப் பேருவோருக்கும் இடையே கலாசார நலன் குறித்த அபிப்பிராய வேறுபாட்டை அதிகரித்ததுடன் இரு தரப்பினருக்குமிடையே இனத்துவ முரண்பாடு கூர்மையடையவும் வழிவிட்டது என்பதை அடையாளம் கண்டுள்ளது. இன்று தமிழ் மொழிக்கு சட்டப்படியான “அரசகரும மொழி‟ மற்றும் “தேசிய மொழி‟ எனும் அந்தஸ்து வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள போதிலும் மொழி உரிமையை அனுபவிப்பதில் சிறுபான்மையினரான தமிழ்-மொழி பேசுவோர் பல்வேறு சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்கின்றனர். அரசகரும மொழிகள் கொள்கை முறையாக அமுலாக்கம் செய்யப்படாமையே இதற்கான பிரதான காரணம் என இவ்வாய்வு சுட்டிக் காட்டுகின்றது. ஆதலால், அரசகரும மொழிகள் கொள்கையை அமுலாக்குவதில் ஆட்சியாளர்களும் பொது அலுவலர்களும் தமது பூரண விருப்பத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தி செயலாற்றும்போதே மொழிப் பிரச்சினை தீர்க்கப்படுவதுடன் இனக் குழுக்களுக்கிடையேயான இணக்கப்பாடும் சாத்தியமாகும் என்பதை இவ்வாய்வு வலியுறுத்துகின்றது. Abstract: அழகியல் மெய்யியலின் பிரதான ஒரு பகுதியாகும். இத்துறை நீண்ட வரலாற்றைக் கொண்டதாகும். அழகு என்றால் என்ன? கலை என்றால் என்ன? ரசித்தல் எத்தகையது? ஏன் அழகியல் உணர்வு அவசியம்? ஏன் அழகியற் கல்வி அவசியம்? கீழைத்தேய அழகியல் படைப்புக்கும் மேலைத்தேய அழகியல் படைப்புக்கும் தொடர்புள்ளதா? அல்லது வேறுபாடானதா? போன்ற பல வினாக்கள் அழகியல் மெய்யியலில் அலசப்படுகிறது. மனிதர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஏதோ ஒருவகையில் அழகியல் உணர்வு காணப்படுகிறது. “இசையால் வசமாகா இதயம் உண்டா‟ என்று ஒரு கவிஞன் கூறுகின்றான். இன்னும் ஒரு கவிஞன் ”வண்ணத்துப் பூச்சி உடம்பில் ஓவியங்கள் அதிசயம்‟ என்றான். இந்த வரிகள் அழகியல் உணர்வின் வெளிப்பாடாகக் கொள்ள முடிகிறது. அழகியல் படைப்புக்களால் மனிதனும் சமூகமும் விருத்தியுறுகிறது என உளவியலாளர்களும் இரசனையியலாளர்களும் குறிப்பிடுகின்றனர். இன்றைய சூழ்நிலையை ஆராயும் போது சமூகவியல், மானிடவியல், கலாசார துறைகளின் மத்தியில் சமூகத்தில் அழகியற் கல்வியின் நிலை எவ்வாறு உள்ளது. அழகியற் துறையை வளர்க்க விரும்பும் போது மறுபுறமாக தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வியின் காரணமாக சமுக, கலாசார செயற்பாட்டுக்கு அழகியல்,கலை போன்றவற்றின் பங்களிப்பு குறைகிறது. அழகிய மெய்யியலில் பல புதிய அர்த்தங்கள், நோக்கங்கள், பிரயோ கங்கள் உருவாக்குகின்ற வேளையில் அது அழகியல் இருப்புக்கும், அழகியல் கல்விக்கும் சவாலாக அமைகின்றது. அதேநேரம் இத்தகைய அழகியல் துறையும் அழகியல் கல்வியும் இன்று எவ்வாறு கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் செயற்பாடுகளில் காணப்படுகிறது என்பதை ஆராய்வதாக இவ் ஆய்வு அமைகின்றது. பண்பு அடிப்படையில் அமைந்த இவ் ஆய்வில் விபரிப்பு முறை, விளக்கமுறை, பகுப்பாய்வு முறை போன்ற முறையியல்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டதோடு நூல்கள், சஞ்சிகைகள், இணையத்தளத் தகவல்கள் போன்றன இரண்டாம் நிலைத்தரவுகளாக பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. Abstract: The study efforts to examine the influence of few selected financial factors on the share price of Material sector listed firms in Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) for the period from 2015 to 2019. Fifteen listed companies have selected as sample of the study and the quantitative approach was selected as the research approach of the study. Secondary data was collected from the annual reports of listed companies and data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation and four regression models. The results of the study shows that there is an insignificant and negative relationship between ROA (Return on Asset) and share price and at the same time there is a significant positive relationship between gross profit ratio and share price. Furthermore, debt to equity ratio has a significant and negative relationship with the share price. Therefore financial decision makers and stock holders in their financing in order to make decisions about investment should consider only ROA (Return on Asset) instead of gross profit ratio and debt to equity ratio. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling from 1AB and 1C of Kalmunai Muslim Division of Kalmunai Education Zone. The total number of sample was 200. The tools used for data collection were standardized instruments selected after a comprehensive review of related literature. The two standardized questionnaires, Coping Skills Inventory by Jerabek (1996) and Goal Orientation Measure by Zweig & Webser (2004) were used to measure stress coping skill and goal orientation of senior secondary students respectively. The personal information schedule designed by the researcher was used to procure relevant demographic and socio-psychological information. All scales were pretested through a pilot study to reconfirm the reliability and validity prior to the final investigation. The primary method of the data collection adopted in this study. The informants were contacted individually by the researcher and data were obtained through questionnaire. The „t‟-test, ANOVA, correlation were statistical analyses done. The findings of the study revealed that the students differ in their coping skills with regard to their gender, subject of specialization and parents‟ level of education. The learning and performance approach goal orientations are significantly associated with the students stress-coping skills. The performance avoidance orientation has negative correlation with stress-coping skills of the students.
