Abstract: This study aims to examine the trade relationship of Sri Lanka with Bangladesh after trade liberalization enforced in Sri Lanka after year 1977 by using quantitative approach. The time series data collected for this study are ranging from 1980 to 2015. The primary tool used to analyze the collected is Gravity Regression Model. The dependent variable used in this research is the value of total bilateral trade between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The independent variables of the model are defined as PCGDPij, TRi/GDPi, TRij/GDPj, IFij, ERij, and SAFTA. The free trade system could be able to change Sri Lanka's regional trade after Sri Lanka's liberalization.</description>

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the challenges of Communication in Kalmunai Kudy families&#xD;
by using Information and Communication Technologies.Information and Communication Technologies&#xD;
(ICTs) performs an ultimate role in every phase of daily life. Today, the ways how we interact with family&#xD;
members dramatically formulated in to technologize. And there is no way to doubt about it. In order to&#xD;
keep in touch with each other and incorporating their functionalities in their daily lives especially in this&#xD;
study area, many families have begun to make the practice of Information and Communication&#xD;
Technologies (ICT). Exploratory and descriptive methods were used in this research as well as, a nonprobabilistic sampling technique also applied in this research, where 150 people were selected from&#xD;
different families and under different age category as well in this area. The study used the methodologies&#xD;
are primary data collection as the questionnaire, interview, and observation for getting a better result.&#xD;
In this analysis, it was observed that long distance relationship(living abroad) is engaged in healthy&#xD;
conversations thought ICT that ultimately form strong relationships on the other hands it distracts the&#xD;
relationship of nearby.</description>

Abstract: The objective of this study is to find out the negative social impacts which are faced by the local&#xD;
community due to the presence of tourism sector in Panama Region of Sri Lanka, which is situated in&#xD;
the South Eastern coastline of Sri Lanka. Arugambay, Kottukal, Kudakalliya, Jalaldeen Squre, and&#xD;
Panama are the villages composed into Panama region. The sample size of this study is 530 members&#xD;
of the local community. Fiver Likert questionnaire is used to collect the data during the years of 2017&#xD;
and 2018. The analysis of data consists of Reliability Test, Preliminary Analysis (Problem of&#xD;
Multicolinearity, The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin of sampling adequacy and Bartlett’s test of Sphericity),&#xD;
Factor Analysis (Factor Extraction, Communalities, Scree Plot, and Factor Rotation) by using SPSS&#xD;
v.20. Use of Drugs &amp; Changes in Food Patterns, Worry about Discipline of Children, Exploitation of&#xD;
Children, and Malpractices of Women are the four factors or impacts extracted and outlined or&#xD;
identified as the negative social impacts of tourism within the study region.</description>

Abstract: The purpose of the present research was to investigate the interrelationships between the two&#xD;
behavioural constructs of job involvement and job satisfaction. Descriptive method using survey as a&#xD;
technique was designed to test the aforementioned variables on 200 employees working in&#xD;
hospitality industry in Tamilnadu. Job involvement scale and Job satisfaction scale were used to&#xD;
collect data. The result indicated that job involvement positively and significantly affects job&#xD;
satisfaction. This employee-friendly attitude is adopted by industrial firms consequent on the&#xD;
awareness that monetary and incentives and facilities offered to the employees are more an&#xD;
investment than expenditure. Only satisfied employees can make quality products or can render&#xD;
quality services and hence job satisfaction is of vital importance in the hotel industry.</description>
