Abstract: நீண்ட வரலாற்றினை கொண்ட அரசியல் துறையின் வளர்ச்சியில் பல்வேறு சிந்தனையாளர்கள் பங்களிப்பு செய்து அரசியலில் பல புரட்சிகரமான கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்துள்ளார்கள். அவர்களுள் மேலைத்தேய சிந்தனையாளரான மாக்கியவல்லி குறிப்பிடத்தக்கவராவார். இவர் நவீன அரசியிலி;ன் தந்தை என அழைக்கப்படுகின்றார். இளமைக் காலத்தில் நடைமுறை அரசியலில் ஈடுபாடுடையவராகக் காணப்பட்ட இவர் காலப்போக்கில் அரசியலில் திருச்சபையின் ஆதிக்கத்தை கண்டு அதிலிருந்து இருந்து விலகி புதியதொரு அரசியல் கருத்தியலை உருவாக்க முயன்றார். சமயமும் ஒழுக்கமும் அரசியலில் இருந்து அந்நியப்படுத்தப்பட்டு மன்னன் சட்டங்களை உருவாக்கி போர் செய்து வெற்றி பெற்று நாட்டின் எல்லைகளை விரிவுபடுத்தி மக்களை ஆளுகைக்குள் உட்படுத்தி ஆட்சிபுரியும் ஆட்சிமுறையே நீண்ட காலம் நிலைபேறுடையது. மனிதர்களின் பலவீனங்களை சுட்டிக்காட்டி அவர்களை அன்பால் அஹிம்சையால் வழிநடத்தி ஆட்சி செய்வதை விட அதிகாரத்தால் அடக்கி ஆள்வதன் மூலமே ஆட்சியாளன் தமது இலக்குகளை அடையமுடியும் என்ற மாக்கியவல்லியின் சிந்தனைகள் அரசியல் விஞ்ஞானம் சார்பாக நியாயப்படுத்தக் கூடியதாக இருந்தாலும் அரசியல் மெய்யியல் நோக்கில் பல விமர்சனங்களை தாங்கியுள்ளதை ஒப்பீட்டு, விமர்சனம், வரலாறு, பகுப்பாய்வு போன்ற முறைகளினூடாக வெளிப்படுத்த இந்த ஆய்வு முனைகிறது.

Title: The critical analysis of linguistic and non-linguistic challenges in news text translation: a linguistic approach from Sinhala to Tamil Authors: Hosshanthika, M. Abstract: This research paper is entitled "The critical analysis of Linguistic and Non-linguistic challenges of news text translation: A linguistic approach from Sinhala to Tamil”. This research aims to find out the challenges faced when translating the Sinhala newspaper into the Tamil language. The researcher applied the descriptive qualitative method to conduct this study. A translation test was used as an instrument to collect data for the research. The sample of 20 translated texts of the first-year undergraduates was the primary data of this research. Resource materials and books are considered secondary data. The results of this study demonstrate that the most common challenges encountered by undergraduate students in terminology are due to the fewer experiences and subject knowledge in the Sinhala language, which was the source language in the study. In analyzing the data, the researcher identified and classified the challenges based on their types. The analysis of the data portrayed the challenges faced by undergraduate students in translating news articles from Sinhala to Tamil. Based on the data analysis, the researcher found that the students encountered challenges in 38.34% of terminology, 34.34% of language structure, 15.65% of compound words, and 11.30% of idioms and expressions in linguistic problems. Accuracy 35.26%, Clarity 34.37%, and Style 30.35% were found out as non-linguistic problems.

Title: Deep learning enabled course recommendation platform Authors: Sajiharan, S.; Singh, Kisan Pal Abstract: E-learning platforms have gained much recognition in the field of teaching and learning, especially after the outbreak of Covid 19. Many aids have been produced considering the demand for the online platform. One such aid is Learning Management System (LMS). However, the prediction performance of the learner is challenging in LMS. Enabling a student to select a course, the function of the Course Recommendation system is vital. In order to rectify the deficiencies in the existing system, an intelligent system is recommended as it helps select a personalized set of data from a mass volume of information. The adjectives of this research are deep learning is considered for increasing the accuracy, the performance should be boosted with the proposed hybrid optimization technique, effectively perform the learning style prediction using the random forest for achieving a more accurate recommendation of the course, to analyze the performance of the developed Taylor-CSO algorithm for ensuring accuracy True Positive Rate (TPR) and True Negative Rate (TNR). Thus this research is an attempt to propose feasible methodologies for learning style-based performance prediction and course recommendation in the E-Khool learning platform using deep learning algorithms. This research will fill in the existing research gaps in the field of deep learning algorithms in electronic platforms.

This study sheds light on the relationship between leadership methods and the decision-making of Professional Clubs’ Presidents in Saudi Arabia. The study was based on interviews and questionnaires, in addition to Saudi legislation. The major findings of the study are as follows: a) the relationship between Professional Clubs’ Presidents and their employees is based on practical leadership that supports communication skills. b) Professional Clubs’ Presidents use communication skills with employees to a great extent. The study recommendations included: a) Supporting communication skills among Professional Clubs’ Presidents. b) Provide training for Clubs’ Presidents on listening skills. c) Pay Clubs’ Presidents attention to the importance of non-verbal communication.
